1. Dear associate’s there is good news for all of you. In spite of strike and protest in Andhra Pradesh, today hearing process for getting bail of our CMD from Ongole court is completed. Judgment regarding this bail will be pronounced on date 13-09-2013.

1. प्रिय एस्सोसिएट्स हर्ष के साथ आप सभी को बताना चाहता हूँ कि आंध्रा प्रदेश में विरोध एवं हड़ताल प्रदर्शन के बावजूद आज ओंगुल कोर्ट में सी एम डी सर की जमानत प्रक्रिया की सुनवाई पूर्ण हुई। जमानत पर फैसले की सुनवाई की तारीख 13-09-2013 है।

2. The next most important event to be watched by us will be the judgment in writ petition WP/6982/2013 from Andhra Pradesh High Court regarding the bank account opening. 2. जमानत कार्य के अतिरिक्त दूसरा मुख्य कार्य है आंध्रा प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश से कंपनी का बैंक अकाउंट को फिर से ऑपरेशनल कराना। इस केस में भी पूरा प्रयत्न किया जा रहा है जिससे इसका निर्णय हो सके। सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 13-09-2013 है।

3. इसके अतिरिक्त एक और मुख्य कार्य है आंध्रा प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश से कंपनी का वेब साइट को फिर से चालू कराना। इस केस में भी पूरा प्रयत्न किया जा रहा है जिससे इसका निर्णय हो सके। सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 13-09-2013 है।

4. After judgment in Andhra Pradesh case then process for resolution of district Aurangabad Maharashtra case will take place. Process for CMD bail going on. Police remand has been extended further. Hearing date in this case is on date 16-09-2013.

4. आंध्रा प्रदेश केस में फैसला आने के बाद औरंगाबाद महाराष्ट्र के केस में कार्यवाही तेजी से शुरू हो जाएगी। सी एम डी की जमानत प्रक्रिया चल रही है। पुलिस रेमाण्ड बढ़ा दी गयी है। अगली सुनवाई की तारीख 16-09-2013 को है।
