Nmart Update September 10, 2013

प्रिय एस्सोसिएट्स जैसा की हम सभी जानते हैं कि धीरे धीरे एनमार्ट बिजनेस फिर से शुरू होने के करीब आ रहा है। अगर आप रोज़मर्रा कि सभी सूचनाओं को देखे तो कानूनी प्रक्रिया में बहुत अधिक प्रगति हुई है। मुझे कोलाहपुर महाराष्ट्र के एक एस्सोसिएट द्वारा सूचना मिली है कि कुछ बाहरी लोग जो एनमार्ट से संबन्धित नहीं हैं, हमारे एस्सोसिएट्स को न्याय दिलाने के नाम पर बरगला रहे हैं और एनमार्ट के खिलाफ आंदोलन करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं। वे लोग ऐसा इस लिए कर रहे हैं, शायद अधूरी जानकारी अथवा ईर्ष्या एवं निजी स्वार्थ हेतु।


प्रिय एस्सोसिएट्स अपने देश की न्याय व्यवस्था में विश्वास रखिए। एनमार्ट कंपनी का बैंक अकाउंट और वैबसाइट पिछले एक वर्ष से जांच पूरी होने तक आंध्रा प्रदेश सरकार के आदेश से शिथिल कर दिया गया है। बैंक अकाउंट और वैबसाइट को वापस खुलवाने के लिए एनमार्ट कंपनी ने हैदराबाद हाई कोर्ट में याचिका दर्ज़ की है जिसका विवरण नीचे दिया है। बैंक अकाउंट और वैबसाइट सिर्फ और सिर्फ न्यायालय के आदेश से ही खुलेगा। कोई भी बाहरी व्यक्ति या नेता बैंक अकाउंट और वैबसाइट को नहीं खुलवा सकता है। इस्स मुद्दे में वे आपको कोई भी मदद नहीं कर सकते हैं। सिर्फ वे आपको उकसा सकते हैं कंपनी के खिलाफ एफ आइ आर दर्ज़ कराने के लिए। अगर आप उनके सुझाव को मानते हैं तो एनमार्ट कंपनी को और अधिक समय लगेगा शुरू होने में। इसलिए मेरा आप लोगों से निवेदन है कि अपने विवेक का इस्त्माल करें और अपने न्याय व्यवस्था में विश्वास रखें। न्यायालय के आदेश आने तक इंतज़ार करें और फिर विचार करें अग्रिम कार्यवाही हेतु। जल्दबाज़ी में कोई निर्णय न लें जिससे हम सभी को पछताना पड़े।

Dear associate’s as we all know day by day we are coming closer to restart of our Nmart business. If you read daily updates then you will find great progress in all our legal issues. I have been reported by our associates from Kolhapur – Maharashtra, that there are some outside peoples not belonging to our Nmart family, misguiding our associates in the name of justice to collect for a false movement against Nmart. They may be doing so due to their insufficient / partial information, jealousy or vested interest.


Dear associate’s have faith in our judicial system. Nmart company’s bank account and website is freeze from one year by Andhra Pradesh Government order till the completion of investigation. To get bank account and website reopen Nmart company has filed writ petition in Hyderabad High Court. Details given below. Nmart bank account and website will be opened through court’s order only. No outside people or leaders can open bank account or website. They cannot help you in this Nmart issue. They can only provoke you for going on F.I.R. against company. If you go for their advice then the Nmart Company will take more time to restart. So it is my request to use your brain and have faith in judicial system. Wait for court orders to come and then decide to do needful so that we may not repent.


Bank account and website writ petitions WP/6982 and WP/6981 are listed in Andhra Pradesh High Court. Next hearing date is on 11-09-2013.

Regarding Aurangabad – Maharashtra case, after police remand CMD Gopal Shekhawat will be present before Aurangabad Court. Next date to appear in Aurangabad Court is 11-09-2013.
