Seeing the details given below of court proceedings and the great effort of our CMD in resolving all the issues, there is a chance by the end of this week or month to have great celebrations. As we are almost at the end of this bail issues, therefore it is the duty of all dedicated nmart associates to ensure the suppression of evil intentions of nmart enemies.
First important event is granting of bail of Nmart CMD from Andhra Pradesh Ongole Court is in process before Telangana issue started.
Second important case is granting bail of CMD from Maharashtra Court which is in the process of resolving. Next date given by the court is on 27-09-2013.
Third important case is related to bank account and website opening and is being listed daily in the cause list, so we are expecting hearing in court any day. Next listing is on date 27-09-2013 in Andhra Pradesh High Court.
