Nmart Update on September 23, 2013

Dear associates this week is very important for all of us and company. As our three important cases will take place for which positive result is expected. This week after getting positive results there will be great excitement and time for celebrations.

First important event of this week is granting of bail of Nmart CMD from Andhra Pradesh Ongole Court.

Second important case is granting bail of CMD from Maharashtra Court which is in the process of resolving. Next date given by the court is on 24-09-2013

Third important case is related to bank account and website opening and is being listed daily in the cause list, so we are expecting hearing in court any day. Next listing is on date 24-09-2013 in Andhra Pradesh High Court.

प्रिय मित्रों इस हफ्ते वह पल आने की संभावना है जिसे हम सभी बेचैनी से इंतज़ार कर रहे थे। पिछले कुछ दिनों में बहुत से एस्सोसिएट्स ने मुझसे परामर्श लेकर, मूर्ख व्यक्तियों की कुसंगत से प्रेरित हो कर F. I. R. इत्यादि करने का निर्णय त्याग  दिया। और बिना किसी डर या दबाव के कंपनी के खिलाफ F. I. R. करने की सलाह देने वालों को मूंह तोड़ जवाब दिया। सभी एस्सोसिएट्स जिनहोने कंपनी को पुनर्जीवित करने के लिए धैर्य और संयम रखा हो सकता है इस हफ्ते या इस माह के अंत तक उनके लिए उत्सव का समय हो ।
