Dear associate’s today our Nmart most important case related
to bank account and website opening has been adjourned. Next listing is on date
17-09-2013 in Hyderabad High Court. One thing is in our favor that this case
will be listed in the daily cause list till it is being heard.
Secondly
there is a development in the case from Aurangabad Maharashtra.
Police remand is now over. Any further development regarding this case will be
updated by me after authentication.
Mean while till Nmart CMD Gopal Shekhawat gets bail
from Ongole Court,
he will be busy in resolving the entire issues of Maharashtra
through their legal team. So wait and maintain patience till these issues are
being resolved. Full efforts are going on to resolve all the issues.
