Dear associates; in current days we are seeing the
effort of management team in opening of malls etc. Now I would like to let you
know some legal fight going in Andhra Pradesh. On June 26, 2013 a writ petition
WP 18379/2013 has been filed by the Nmart in Andhra Pradesh High Court to issue
direction to the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, to transfer all the cases from
police station to CB CID or any other agency to complete the investigation.
Court has issued notice to the opposite parties to file objection to hand over
the case to CB CID by 18th July 2013. For more details you can log

Associates in last few days some positive news were coming. Therefore several so called leaders are again active and spreading rumor by giving dates of opening of website, bank account, CMD bail date etc. Do not believe on verbal statements or face book comment etc. Ask for evidential proof for their statement. Our Nmart company will start only after court's order.
Associates have patience and faith in our
