Nmart Update on 01st November, 2013

Dear all associates/staff/franchise/building owners/vendors. There are some recent updates for all of you.

(I) There will be a Deepawali Holiday in Head Office Surat from 02^nd November 2013 to 10^th November 2013. Immediately after Deepawali important cases are being listed, till then no one will be available. Our CMD will be busy in follow up of these cases personally. http://www.gsnmart.blogspot.in

(II) Further in continuation to our previous episodes of “NMART KA SAFAR”, watch on IBN7 this week more development and planning by our CMD on Saturday 02^nd November 2013 at 2:30 P.M. http://www.gsnmart.blogspot.in

(III) One of our important cases related to CB CID enquiry in which we got stay orders is being again listed on 04-11-2013 to file counter affidavit by the respondents. (WP 24028 of 2013 filed against Andhra Pradesh Home department and CB CID etc.). http://www.gsnmart.blogspot.in

Associates step by step we are moving ahead. So have patience and wait for good result from court for a successful second inning of Nmart. Need not to notice the rumors and negative statements of fake peoples who are against Nmart for their vested interest.
