Nmart Update on October 13, 2013

Dear all, there are several peoples who could not see the IBN7 episode where Nmart CMD has given his positive message. You can see the said episode on you tube by clicking the link below. Several phone calls and reactions both positive and negative have been observed by me. But I would suggest all of you to see this episode in a positive way as mentioned below.

1. In every update I have been suggesting all of you to have patience. In this episode also CMD has appreciated the patience of all associates, staff members, managers and all team members.
2. Next he has reminded all of us that in past years he has proved and has been awarded by best retail chain and best CMD award. Next target is to revive fast from all these legal issues to prove how capable we are to face any circumstances.
3. He has also said to be filled with enthusiasm to restart as early possible because from last one year we have been completely on hold by these issues.
4. During the last crisis period we have opened 14 stores. Still we are not satisfied with it because we have a dream capacity of 1400 stores. Therefore with all efforts we are trying to full fill all legal proceedings and get all essential government orders to fit in our system.
5. Gopal Shekhawat is a man of commitment. Very soon this will be proved. Now he has been released therefore very soon bank account and website cases will also be decided. Not a single mall owner or vendor payment will be pending. Only after bank account opening movement will start.
6. Very soon on priority basis meeting with vendors and mall owners will be fixed. He is also hopeful with this meeting to resolve the crisis.
7. He has also showed his commitment towards the law formation in favor of network marketing from Government of India. This will help all the net workers to work with confidence.
8. He has also taken all the moral responsibility of these disturbances as a head of nmart family. This statement proves his gentleness. On the other side we should think the great height given to this Nmart is due to CMD only. Therefore if some hard time is there then we should excuse him for his sincere effort and stand beside him in this situation.
9. He has also said to live and die with Nmart only. No other company.
10. He has further requested not to put effort in meeting with him. He is much known to all the present circumstantial problems. He is putting his maximum effort in resolving all these issues. So he need co-operation from all of us not to waste time and let him be free to complete all the pending legal issues.
11. There were several complaints from peoples not getting any information from the company side. It was a valid demand from all the peoples therefore CMD Gopal Shekhawat has taken step to start competent customer care (0261-6774444) facility.
