1. Dear all information to share with you. As the CMD bail process in Andhra Pradesh going on but due to strike and protest on Telangana issue there is some delay. However our management people trying to make some way out. Next hearing date in Ongole court is on 05-09-2013. सभी लोगों के लिए सूचना है। आंध्रा प्रदेश ओंगुल कोर्ट में सी एम डी सर की जमानत प्रक्रिया में है। तेलंगाना की वजह से आंध्रा प्रदेश में विरोध एवं हड़ताल प्रदर्शन से सभी न्याय प्रक्रिया में देरी हो रही है। फिर भी हमारे कंपनी प्रशासन कोई न कोई रास्ता बहुत जल्द ही निकाल लेंगे। ओंगुल कोर्ट में सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 05-09-2013 है।

2. Secondly there is new and good information for all of you. There is no protest or strike or any disturbance in Maharashtra. So in the mean time our legal consultants have made strategy of resolving Aurangabad case. In this strategic continuation our CMD sir will appear in Aurangabad court on date September 5, 2013. There after all legal process such as granting of bail, F.I.R. quashing etc will start. Any progress in this case from tomorrow onwards will be updated by me. दूसरी नई और अच्छी खबर आप लोगो को बताता हूँ। महाराष्ट्र में कोई भी अव्यवस्था, विरोध एवं हड़ताल प्रदर्शन नहीं हो रहा है। इसलिए हमारे कानूनी सलाहकारों की योजना है की इसी बीच औरंगाबाद का केस निपटा लिया जाए। इस योजना के तहत हमारे सी एम डी साहब दिनांक 05 सितंबर 2013 को औरंगाबाद कोर्ट में हाजिर हो कर वहाँ की न्याय प्रक्रिया को शुरू कर रहे हैं। जमानत प्राप्त करना या एफ आइ आर रद्द कराने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर रहे हैं। कल से जो भी प्रगति होगी वो मेरे द्वारा आप सभी लोगों को अपडेट किया जाएगा।

3. Regarding the bank account case in Andhra Pradesh High Court writ petition WP/6982/2013 is being listed in the daily cause list frequently. It will be heard after motion list. Next hearing is on 05-09-2013.  http://hc.ap.nic.in/csis/MainInfo.jsp?mtype=CRLP&mno=6982&year=2013 कंपनी का बैंक अकाउंट को फिर से ऑपरेशनल करने से संबन्धित आंध्रा प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट की याचिका में जल्दी जल्दी तारीखें पड़ रही हैं जिससे इसका निर्णय हो सके। सुनवाई की अगली तारीख 05-09-2013 है।

4. Regarding the website case in Andhra Pradesh High Court writ petition WP/6981/2013 is being listed in the daily cause list frequently. It will be heard after completion of motion list. Associates as now days we are watching on daily basis one or other cases are being listed.  At present our Company is on full swing in resolving all the issues. Ignore foolish people’s comment or suggestion that have never seen court proceedings or does not know about legal complications.
