Nmart Update on September 18, 2013

Dear associate’s yesterday September 17, 2013 our Nmart CMD Gopal Shekhawat with his legal team was going through the process of resolving the Maharashtra Court cases. Next date given by the court is on 24-09-2013. Any development regarding Maharashtra will be updated.

The most important case of Nmart is related to bank account and website opening. As this case is being listed daily in the cause list so we are expecting hearing in court any day. Next listing is on date 19-09-2013 in Andhra Pradesh High Court.

Mean while one more important issue is our Nmart CMD Gopal Shekhawat bail from Ongole Court. As told earlier the next 10 days are very important for our company. We will be receiving positive results from various courts.

So wait and have patience till these issues are being resolved. Ignore peoples who are giving suggestion to file case or F.I.R. against company. Filing case and F.I.R. will only delay the restart of the company. Ask those who have filed cases, what they have received. They are in trouble and will be in future also. Give your full efforts to all your down line, franchise, vendor and mall owner in stopping them to do so.

मित्रों आपसे निवेदन है कि उन मूर्ख लोगों के सुझाव से दूर रहें जो आपको केस करने या एफ आइ आर दर्ज़ करने की सलाह दे रहे हैं। ऊपर दिये गए अपने केस के विवरण से ज्ञात होता है कि अगले दस दिन बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण हैं। इन दिनों में कभी भी और किसी भी समय कुछ अच्छी खबरें विभिन्न न्यायालयों से मिलने की संभावना है। इसलिए ऐसी परिस्थिति में आप सभी से निवेदन है कि अपने पूरे ग्रुप, फ्रैंचाइज़, भवन स्वामी एवं वेंडोर्स इत्यादि से संपर्क करें और उन्हें किसी भी तरह के केस एवं एफ आई आर इत्यादि करने से समझाकर रोकें। उन्हें ज्ञात कराईये कि जिन लोगों ने ऐसा किया है वे आज दुख के सिवा कुछ भी प्राप्त नहीं किए हैं और भविष्य में केस लड़ते लड़ते इस से ज्यादा दुख प्राप्त करेंगे। ऐसा करने में यदि हम सभी सफल हुए तो आगे एनमार्ट के शुरू होने से सुनहरा भविष्य देखेंगे अन्यथा हम सभी पिछले एक वर्ष से धैर्य पूर्वक प्रतीक्षा एवं मेहनत कर रहे हैं उस पर पानी फिर जाएगा।
