Dear associates; one more information in legal
issues for all of you. Today CMD Gopal Shekhawat has decided to be arrested by
Andhra Pradesh Police in order to expedite all cases. After seeking appropriate
time he has decided to go under legal custody. So Andhra Pradesh police has
arrested him today. This event will help in clearing all legal cases in Andhra
Pradesh very soon. This step has been taken only because bail of CMD was not
possible.
Other work such as mall opening, company
management etc will continue as usual by NMART other Director’s and management
team. No work will suffer due to this event.
Associates have patience and co-operate with
the company and do not believe in rumor etc. All the events are preplanned and
going on its way in order to restart NMART as early possible after clearing all legal issues.
