On date 07th January 2013 a CMD bail case CRLMP/BAIL/1392 was listed in Ongole court which has been with drawn today due to the cancellation of bail from Andhra Pradesh High Court on 05th January 2013.
Another case regarding accounts etc CRLMP/283/2012 was listed today in Ongole court. One week time has been given by court to file counter by the opposite party. Next listing date is on 16th January 2013.
Associates have patience, still there are options for running NMART. Cancellation of bail of CMD from High Court is not a defeat. It is a part of this entire proceedings. Options for getting bail is opened up to Supreme Court. Also we have a team of management as Director in company who are working hard to restart the Company. So let us hope for the best.
