Andhra Pradesh Police has filed petition in High Court to cancel all the bails of CMD Gopal Shekhawat and Management committee in various cases granted from Sessions Judge, Ongole, Prakasam District. All the cancellation petition has been listed in High Court on date 19/12/2012.

Only two places Vishakhapatnam and Guntoor cases we did not get bail for our CMD Gopal Shekhawat from Session Judge. Therefore two petitions were filed in High Court for bails which were listed on 11/12/2012.

Both the petitions have been adjourned for 19/12/2012 to be heard along with the above cancellation of bail petitions filed by Andhra Pradesh Police. Now all the petitions will be heard together on 19/12/2012.
