Dear CSC and PIN - Franchise holders

Good news for all of you!
Company has given first opportunity to all previous CSC / Pin franchise to convert into “Authorized Support Center” with no investment. Yes not a single penny will be taken by the company from you.
कंपनी ने पूर्व के सभी सी एस सी / पिन फ्रैंचाइज़ को बिना धन लगाए अथोराईज्ड सपोर्ट सेंटर में परिवर्तित होने का प्रथम अवसर दिया है। जी हाँ एक पैसा भी कंपनी आप से नहीं लेगी।

Initially for few months you can operate your Authorized Support Center from your home. No need to invest of office premises (300 square feet).

AUTHORIZED SUPPORT CENTRE (ASC) OF N MART RETAILS
N mart retails offers ASC in different areas and city with a motive to be in service of its customer and also being resourceful to the holders of such ASC. An agreement will be made between ASC and company. The company has kept very basic requirements for startup of an ASC understanding the consequences of growth of business.
Any person can become a holder of ASC by fulfilling the minimum requirements of the N mart retails as prescribed below.
HOW TO BECOME ASC OF N MART
Minimum requirements to be fulfilled by ASC holder
  1. An Office with Minimum space of 300 Sq. Ft. in his city.
  2. 2 no’s of computers and printers with internet facility.
  3. Manpower as per requirement.
  4. Telephone landline.
  5. Basic infrastructure arrangements.
  6. Registers to be maintained.
PROCESS OF ASC
1.   Visit of customer to ASC.
2.   Terms & Conditions of Direct Seller agreement to be explained properly.
3.   Registration to N mart.
4.   Selection of premium products from portal of ASC.
5.   Payment will be accepted by credit card, debit card, NEFT & RTGS or E wallet, directly from the customer’s account through payment gateway which is available on the site.
6.   Online purchase order to be created in front of customer and a receipt of order and payment to be handed over to customer.
7.   Scan copy of KYC docs of customers to be emailed.
8.   Records to be maintained in registers of customer list, registration, payment received delivery of products etc. with customer sign in order to avoid future discrepancies with the company.
9.   Company will deliver the products within 4 week   subject to realization of payment in company’s account.
Doorstep delivery will be made by the company free of charge - subject to the condition that products purchased should be of rs.3000/- and more, or else it will be chargeable.

FACILITIES PROVIDED BY COMPANY
  1. Demo kit of premium products on M.R.P.
  2. Online Portal
  3. Delivery of premium products to the customer*.
  4. Basic training as and when company deems fit.
  5. Customer Care helps.
  6. Incentive 4.5% on MRP of each product.
  7. TDS will be deducted as applicable.

SPECIAL BENEFITS TO CUSTOMERS
  1. Part purchase of products is allowed – Subject to limitation of one month period from the day of first bill of purchase.
  2. Benefit of doorstep delivery will be availed free of charge only if product purchased is of Rs. 3000 or more else will be chargeable.

DOCUMENTATIONS – KYC TO BE COLLECTED FROM CUSTOMERS
A permanent customer of N-mart have to submit KYC documents-
  1. Valid photo I.D. proof.
  2. Valid Residence proof.
  3. Two passport size photographs.
Note: All documents should be self attested. After a confirmation from N-mart, a customer will be considered as permanent customer or else his subscription is subject to cancellation on non-receipt of documents.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION
Q. If customers / direct sellers are not having debit cards, credit cards, Neft/RTGS facilities then how they will complete their billings?

A. Authorized support center (ASC) can deposit the amount in company account for purchase of points. Using the points ASC can complete the billings. ASC can collect the cash from customers / direct sellers against the points.
