Nmart Update on October 09, 2013

Associates good result as per our expectation with right strategy in our legal proceedings. The Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh High Court has passed stay order in further proceedings with regard to investigations along with arrest stay in one of our important case WPMP 29542 of 2013 in WP 24028 of 2013 (filed against Andhra Pradesh Home department and CB CID etc.). Stay order copy given below. 

As this is an Andhra Pradesh High Court judgment all associates and leaders from Andhra Pradesh are advised to produce a certified copy of this stay order along with your bond/agreement from Nmart in order to protect yourself from any legal proceedings or police action. Our company has been successful in obtaining this order which will help our associates.

Third important case of Nmart is related to bank account and website opening. (WP6981 and WP6982 of 2013) This case is being listed daily in the cause list. Efforts for a positive result are going on in this case also which will be updated. Next listing is on date 11-10-2013 in Andhra Pradesh High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).

“Learned AGP for Home seeks four weeks time to secure detailed instructions and to file a counter-affidavit.

Post the WPMP after four weeks.

The petitioners may not be arrested for a period of eight weeks.”
