Nmart Andhra Pradesh Court Case Update on 13th September, 2013

Dear associate’s there is a little delay in getting bail of our CMD from Ongole court. Bail has been rejected on the basis of investigation pending. However there is a provision of getting bail if charge sheet is not filed within 60 days. Today 52 days has been completed and the charge sheet is not filed by the police yet. So associates need not to be disheartened. After 8 days within this provision we are getting bail.

प्रिय एस्सोसिएट्स ओंगुल कोर्ट से सी एम डी सर की जमानत में थोड़ा विलम्ब है। आज ओंगुल कोर्ट से जमानत प्राप्त न हो सकी। फिर भी एक प्रावधान है कि, अगर पुलिस 60 दिनों में चार्ज शीट नहीं दाखिल करती है तो कोर्ट याची को जमानत दे देती है। और आज ओंगुल मामले में 52 दिन पूर्ण हो चुके हैं और चार्ज शीट दाखिल नहीं हुई है। इसलिए एस्सोसिएट्स मायूस ना हों। अधिक से अधिक 8 दिनों में जमानत तो मिलनी ही है। यही वो वक़्त है जिस समय हमे धेर्य और संयम से काम लेना है।
