Dear associates at present the Andhra Pradesh
High Court taking fresh matters at priority on the basis of motion list. After
the motion list is completed daily cause-list cases will be heard. Our case was
listed in daily cause list.
Our both the writ petitions WP/6981/2013 for
website opening and WP/6982/2013 for bank account opening were part heard
matter. So the part heard matter will be taken after completion of motion list.
Today there is no hearing before the Honble
High Court. So it will be taken in consideration to be listed within week days.
