1. Dear associates entire process of legal
formalities regarding bail of our CMD was about to complete but in between this
Telangana issue came and has delayed the proceedings. How ever considering the
most important issue it will be completed very soon.

हड़ताल प्रदर्शन ज़ोरों से होने लगा जिससे सभी न्याय प्रक्रिया में देरी होने की
संभावना बढ़ गयी है। फिर भी प्राथमिकता के आधार पर जल्द ही इसको निपटा लिया जाएगा।
2. The next important event to be watched by us
will be the judgment in writ petition WP/6982/2013 from Andhra Pradesh High
Court regarding the bank account opening. It is being listed frequently for
early hearing.
2. जमानत कार्य के अतिरिक्त दूसरा मुख्य कार्य है आंध्रा प्रदेश
उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश से कंपनी का बैंक अकाउंट को फिर से ऑपरेशनल कराना। इससे
संबन्धित याचिका में जल्दी जल्दी तारीखें पड़ रही हैं जिससे इसका निर्णय हो सके।
3. There after the next important event to be
watched will be the judgment in writ petition WP/6981/2013 from Andhra Pradesh
High Court regarding the website opening. It is also being listed frequently
for early hearing.
3. बैंक खाता खोलने के अतिरिक्त तीसरा
मुख्य कार्य है आंध्रा प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश से कंपनी का वेब साइट को फिर
से चालू कराना। इससे संबन्धित याचिका में जल्दी जल्दी तारीखें पड़ रही हैं जिससे
इसका भी निर्णय हो सके।
4. After the above three events one most
important event is to be watched in New
Delhi. The proposed amendment in money circulation act
1978 which has to be passed in this monsoon session. Monsoon session has
started from 05th August 2013. Only 12 days are there of this
monsoon session and 44 bills are to be passed. But on the first day itself,
protest by the Member of Parliament on Telangana issue could not let both the
Lok sabha and Rajya sabha function.
4. उपर्युक्त तीनों कार्यो के होने के बाद एक कार्य दिल्ली संसद से होना है। मनी सर्कुलेशन एक्ट 1978 में संशोधन जो इसी मॉनसून सेशन में होना है। इस मॉनसून सेशन में 12 दिन मिलेंगे और सरकार को 44 बिल पास कराना है। मॉनसून सेशन 5 अगस्त से शुरू हो चुका है और पहले ही दिन तेलंगाना विषय पर भारी विरोध के कारण दोनों सभाओं में कार्य हो न सका।
