Dear associates from last several days I am in Andhra Pradesh traveling all places Guntur, Vijaywada, Ongole, Vizag etc along with the management people and huge team of advocates of our company. All are busy in completing the legal formalities related to bail, which is expected to finish in the first week of August 2013. I am in touch with CMD. He is fit & fine and is working hard for resolving all the legal issues.
Further I would inform you regarding bank
account and website case in High Court, that regular listing and follow ups are
being taken. But some result in it will come only after bail issues formalities
are completed.
Associates I have been informed that several so
called leaders are spreading rumor about our CMD and misguiding our devoted and
loyal associates who love our CMD very much. Through face book and sms they are
posting previous year photograph of Balaji visit of CMD and stating that he is
presently in Tirupati Balaji. Some saying he is in Surat and is taking meeting in two days etc.
Reading all such rumor our devoted associates are running Tirupati and Surat madly to meet CMD.
By doing so, these so called leaders are harassing our devoted associates.
Dear associates do not believe in such types of so called leaders. Our CMD has full belief in our judicial system. Have patience and wait for some more days. As stated before most of the things will be cleared within August month.

Truth is coming out and MizoDirect is slowly getting into trouble. The Governer of Mizoram Mr. Vakkom Purushothaman said he is not aware of the company named MizoDirect and he has no connection with it. He has asked the chief minister to enquire about the fraudulent usage of his photograph for misleading advertisement. The Reporter TV Channel from Kerala is reporting this extensively.
People at the highest levels in Mizoram government are involved as per news reports. One of the leading congress trade union leader also attended the inauguration of the company. He claimed that one of the secretaries of the Mizo government invited him.
Anyway, the governor had said strict action will be taken against those misusing his name.
